- Quarterly review of employment files

- Disciplinary actions (written and verbal warnings)
- COBRA administration
- Unemployment hearings
- New hire orientation (start paperwork, overview of company policies and procedures)
- Harassment training

- Authenticate Social Security numbers

Package C – Complete Human Resources Management Services
AiM Professionals can act as your HR department-for-hire, handling all aspects of HR.
This package would include everything in Package B Plus:
- Organizing and creating an HR Department - files, procedures, etc.
- Filing
- Maintaining and creating confidential employee files and records
- Creation of an employee handbook
- Establishing hiring procedures
- Interviewing and hiring new employees
- On-site representation at your business
